Developers Seek Kidd RV’s Expertise in Developing an Exclusive “Class A” RV Resort

As part of developing a “Class A” motorcoach resort, the owners of property near Knoxville, Tennessee have hired Kidd RV Consulting for strategic analysis and a site review.
“This is an amazing location, boasting 50-mile vista’s of the Smoky Mountains – one of the highest vantage points in the region,” said Jerry Kidd, President of Kidd RV Consulting.
The owners plan to develop 182 acres of land, located within view of the beautiful Smoky Mountains, into an exclusive “Class A” resort with full amenities. Kidd RV Consulting will create the comprehensive plan, addressing branding as well as marketing and sales tactics with the ultimate goal of promoting the new resort to potential buyers and renters.
